RedCircle successfully delivered a comprehensive cabling solution for Connect Group’s new factory, ensuring a robust and reliable IT infrastructure tailored to their needs. Our team installed high-performance fiber optic cables to provide fast and dependable connectivity across all buildings, complemented by CAT 6 cabling within the factory. The project involved the installation of over 1,000 keystones and 20,000 meters of CAT6 copper cabling, all meticulously terminated in double outlet frames and patch panels across four racks on the factory floor and one rack in the server room. We also laid, spliced, and tested over 1,000 meters of fiber optic cabling between racks and buildings. Each phase of the project was rigorously tested and certified using Fluke tools, ensuring that the installation met the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Challenges:

The primary challenge was executing the installation without disrupting other teams working simultaneously on the same floor, all while avoiding any project delays.

To meet this challenge, our team worked overnight, maintaining our high standards. By morning, the workspace was left pristine, as if we had never been there, ensuring a smooth transition for the day’s operations.
